ABOUT US
Slovenian Respiratory Society (SRS) works together with the University Clinic Golnik, the Chair of Internal Medicine of the Faculty of Medicine, and the Faculty of Medicine in Ljubljana in the formation of medical doctrine in the area of pneumology. It is also involved in the postgraduate education of doctors, and in the development of health network in the area of pneumology. Society cooperates with the Slovenian Medical Association, Medical Chamber of Slovenia, and other associations in the area of pneumology in Slovenia and abroad (e.g. European Respiratory Society).
COMMISSIONS
Steering committee of the Society may appoint committees to carry out individual tasks. The Society consists of 13 active committees responsible for the development and renewal of medical doctrine and for preparing thematic programs for pneumologists’ meetings at Slovenian as well as international meetings.
